Heart rate recovery: What you describe isn't a big deal, there are lots of possible explanations. Without seeing the patient, only speculation is possible. The HR decrease you describe does not suggest anything wrong, neither does it rule out some kind of mild abnormality.

Probabely Normal: It is probably normal.But we don't have all the information as to what your basal heart rate is and how fast it gets after exercise and how long it takes for it to come down to the basal heart rate.Ypu can resubmit your question with these numbers or consult your doctor
