Sleep issue: Great question. It is highly unlikely, instead if anything the fact that you have made a significant life change can add some stress to your life equation and make your more prone to sleep problems. I might look more at any other changes or stressors, how is your anxiety level, has you eating amounts and times changed? Caffeine? If it continues talk to your doctor. All the best!
