"Rubbing blister": This might be a "rubbing blister" from an ill fitting saddle height, improper non chamois clothing or bad pedaling habits. I am a serious 6000+ mile/ or 10,000 kilos/year road cycling GYN MD, and there is nothing worse then a "sore" in personal places that you can't scratch or tend to easily. See your GYN MD for an exam of the area and if this is noted take corrective medical and cycling measures
