Eye strain: Go to optometrist - get computer glasses adjusted for computer distance ( 26 inches versus 14 inches for reading) . DO NOT USE TAP WATER WITH SALT-tap water is not sterile . Would get preservative free Systane individual vials at the pharmacy , it is over the counter and use that to rinse refresh eyes and keep them from drying put. Every 30 minutes look away for 1-2 minutes to relax your eyes
