Paranoid cure: Take your Nevis into a Skin specialist, a Dermatologist, for examination. If things are as you describe you're probably OK, bet you are not trained to tell a good mole from a bad mole. A Dermatologist is. Go see one, if for no other reason than the important reason of peace of mind.
