It almost always: takes more than 3 months for ovulation to resume. That's why you took the Depo every 3 months. I assume you mean you skipped periods in October and November. If you're having unprotected sex, it's possible you could be pregnant if you ovulated in November. Regardless, you shouldn't be having severe headaches. Please see a doctor about this and get a pregnancy test done. Dr. Anne

Contraception used?: Did you use an additional contraceptive when you stopped the depo and continued sexual activity? If not, run a pregnancy test.
