It : It depend when you took the last Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone). If you received it according to your doctor's schedule (every 3 mo) then most likely the delay of menses is due to the effect of the medication. If you were late taking the medication then that is different, and perhaps you do need to take a pregnancy test. Hope this helps.
