Yes: The viruses called enteroviruses cause gastric/stomach symptoms or intestinal symptoms with generalized weakness, muscles pains, fever,nausea, diarrhoea in addition to abdominal pain. Treatment is most of the times supportive with adequate hydration, pain relievers like acetaminophen.In extreme cases of diarrhea ,need oral rehydration therapy /IV fluids.
