I have been itching all over recently, sometimes comes and goes..went to doctor and did blood test and exam..everything good.what isnit?

Multiple possibiliti: Some times environmental allergens could be there in your working place/home , eg new linen, new deodorant, new chemicals exposure like soaps etc, seasonal allergies like exposure to pollens etc bringing out , Intestinal worm infestations - some of them can cause itching. Did you travel recently any where. Did you have any recent bug bits/mosquito bites. Dry skin is one of the common condition .
