Hydradenitis supp: urativa or severe acne inversus which is a disease of the hair follicles. It can be VERY severe and is strongly associated with both smoking and obesity. You may need to have these small abscesses drained/ packed and be put on antibiotics, but really need to see a dermatologist to see if anything can be done to stop them from coming. Good luck!
