NSAIDs: Arcoxia is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug or an NSAID. It is of a specific class which may be safer in regards to some side effects. The equivalent class of NSAID here in the US is celecoxib which is only available with a prescription. You may want to consult a rheumatologist.
