Infection: It is definitely not normal to see pus in your urine. In a woman, pus in your urine could be coming from your bladder or from your vaginal. Pus in urine most likely a sign of infection. If you have burning when you urinate or are feeling the need to urinate more frequently then it is more likely that you have a urinary tract infection. Otherwise, it could be due to a STD.
