I was informed by my ep that im required to stop taking my propranolol 4 days prior to ep study. how can i safely do this? i take 20mg 3x daily

At the very low: dose of Propranolol you are taking and your young age there is no safety concern. If you have the drug in your system when the EP study is performed it may suppress the ability to induce arrhythmia and prevent you from having the best possible treatment. Follow the directions of your health care provider. Stop the drug four days before your procedure. Just stop it.
