Can i take aleve if i take a diuretic 12.5 mg daily. i'm taking tylenol (acetaminophen) but not helpn a lot. also take 40 mg propranolol daily?

Yes, if kidneys OK: If your kidney (renal) function is normal, it should not be a problem, if not, check with your nephrologist. Make sure to take any NSAID such as Aleve (naproxen) with food, or it can burn a hole in your stomach lining and get a bleeding ulcer.
