Unlikely.: The urine pregnancy tests are quite accurate. You can repeat another one to be sure but it's practically impossible for you to be pregnant with a normal urine pregnancy test. Consider any recent changes such as stress or weight changes or medication changes.

See a doctor: If you have missed two consecutive periods and the pregnancy test still read as negative and it is a reliable pregnancy test, it would be unlikely that you're pregnant. With that said, there are false negatives, so you should consult a doctor to make sure you're not pregnant. He or she will also run other blood tests to see what else it may be if not pregnancy (i.e.: hormonal imbalance, etc.). s
