When i open my mouth too wide, there is a clicking feeling in my left jaw. is there anything i can do to ease it?

Don't: Don't open your mouth too wide. Some clicking is expected in this situation. If there is pain or a locking sensation then perhaps its TMJ dysfunction and will need to speak with your doctor.

Sounds like: you may have "TM joint" (Tempromandibular) disease or"imbalance" You should ask your Dental Professional for a referral to a Specialist. Often GRINDING teeth at night is the "culprit" and a simple MOUTH GARD helps Hope this is helpful Dr Z
