Terrible diarreah from miralax & prune juice. gastro said it's better that having another obstruction and to continue this. is this safe? dehydration?

There should be: a "happy medium" between obstruction and diarrhea..Perhaps you should decrease the amount of Prune juice (which is the "variable" "dosae:) until you have soft stools with 'reasonable" frequency!

I agree completely, I also agree that an obstruction is a bad thing, but so is diarrhea interfering with your life. You should not be trading one disease for another.
