Left lower: abdomen....some possibilities...HERNIA (incarcerated) DIVERTICULITIS, and simple SPASM (IBS) YOU NEED TO BE SEEN and your abdomen examined and possible testing (endoscopy) Start with your Primary Care Provider. Hope this helps! Dr Z
