As often as you wish: No limit. Whatever feels best. SPF is not something you wear!!! Sun Protective Factor is a number which indicates sun protection. SPF 30, or at least 15,is as effective as any higher #. Sunscreens are added to many moisturizers that you are sure to like. Try some. You will like them.
