Domperidone: Domperidone is a very effective drug in increasing G.I. motility. It's been around for quite some time, but it never really got approved by the FDA for the general population. This is primarily because it interacts with many other drugs, resulting in often serious effects on heart rhythm. In rare cases, the effect can be fatal. This is why domperidone is reserved for special cases only.
