Depends: Try counting it. If it's <150, it's likely not abnormal but depends what you're doing. Do you become faint with it? If so, it may be more serious. A 24 hour or 30 day recording of your heart beat would likely be revealing. You ought to avoid caffeine like in coffee, cola, and cocoa.
