Motilium: Motilium can be used to prevent nausea. Side effects include mouth sores or cold sores. Ideally, motillium should not be taken when pregnant.

Safe : It is safe to use although is not fda approved. It is mostly used to treat gastroparesis or slow stomach emptying . So if you take it for nausea only you can take another kind of medication like zofran or phenergan (promethazine).
