Why everytime i finished watching a drama i feel like i'm stock in their world? i cant escape from it. i feel down and i feel that im with them. i feel like its real. i just cant move on easily.

It might be best you at least temporarily resist watching the dramas. Some are more disturbed than others by horror shows, excitement, and alarm. Some is unlearned over time and some may need psychotherapy, biofeedback/neurofeedback, or medications.
