Does NOT: Top 5 AE of Cymbalta (duloxetine) Nausea, Dry mouth, Headache, Somnolence, Fatigue. Not seen as much are Constipation, Dizziness, Anorexia (weight loss)Insomnia, Diarrhea. Cymb may sometimes makes people feel well enough that they may have an increase in suicidal thoughts!!!This is an awesome med not only for depression but also NEUROPATHIC pain. May take 10 d + to overcome AE (MAX 60mg 2xd)
