Need test: It is possible but the only way to know is to take a pregnancy test. They are most accurate one week after a missed period or 3 weeks after sex. Do the test on a first morning urine. If you are having unprotected sex consider starting a prenatal vitamin to protect your baby from spinal cord defects.
