Yes it's possible: Menstrual cycles can be anovulatory( no egg produced) and consequently continue without a flow for an extended number of days. If no menstrual period in 90 days see a GYN MD to find cause & consider the use of a medication(provera) that can "jump start" your period. Prolonged period intervals can cause an overgrowth of the lining from excess estrogen stimulation that can lead to endometrial cancer
