Dystonic tremor: Depends on what you mean by "tremor": small movements or sudden jerking aka myoclonus? Bottom line, you need to be examined by a neurologist to rule out treatable causes of this such as dystonic tremor from cervical dystonia. If your head gets pulled in a certain direction when you relax, EMG guided botulinum toxin injection would helps by weaknening overactivated neck muscle & reducing neck pain
