Yes but: Yes ..but there can be other causes of such difficulty. There could be some medication effect or medication interaction and there is the possibility of other physical conditions which could impact your thinking and abilityto speak clearly. . I would suggest that you discuss this with a psychiatrist who may also refer you to a neurologist.
