Inner ear issue: Your coughing might have forced fluid into your inner ear. This can cause hearing changes and sometimes nausea. Possible remedies include nasal irrigation and medications like phenlyephrine which can dry/open the nasal tubes. Meclizine can help with the inner ear. If persistent, see and otolaryngologist.
