NGU: Profile shows female, but you're male, right? It sounds like you have nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). It's the most common of all STDs in men. About one third of NGU cases are caused by chlamydia; in most, the cause is unknown and undetected with standard STD tests. In other words, you do have an STD despite the negative STD tests. You need treatment with doxycycline or azithromycin.
