See MD: Why do you think you have rich? Usually it causes no symptoms in men. If you have urethral discharge, maybe with painful urination, then chlamydia, gonorrhea, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) are more likely -- although a very small minority of NGU is caused by trich. Anyway, stop looking for answers online. See a doctor in person. Good luck!
