Headache type: You mention symptoms suggestive of tension headache. Radiating toward the eyes suggests the potential of a migraine. I find sinus headache needs to be considered. Have seen patients who don't have runny nose or overt symptoms but frontal headaches who have sinus infection seen clearly on scan. Cold, allergies possible? If it doesn't respond to pain reliever and persists talk to doc.
