See a doctor: Whereas most headaches are benign, and migraine is associated with nasal congestion, your red eye is worrisome and should be evaluated by a physician as soon as possible. You may have an eye infection. Glaucoma, although unlikely, can also cause headaches.

Conjunctivitis: Happily I can report that all of this will go away. Perhaps you family doctor will order you some drops for your eyes. Anxiety and depression are no fun to say the least but with understanding and good care you will be just fine. Good luck. Have a good day and try to chill. Your family doctor will help you through all of this. If he doesn't get you try a different doctor.
