Probably normal: I assume that it is not painful or injured. In that case, It is probably just more apparent because of the weight loss and decreased padding. Most people can feel the prominence where the tailbone joins the sacrum.

SEE DOCTOR: Unintentional weight loss needs further investigations . Tail bone tip doesn't feel like a ball and i would recommend consulting with a doctor urgently .
