EtG has become a: reliable indicator of alcohol consumption as the metabolite can be found in urine for up to 5 DAYS after drinking (5 X 24 = 120 hours). You acknowledge you drank "heavy" so the metabolite may persist this long. Most individuals will not test positive after 80 hours. Candidly, it doesn't sound good: the fact that you are being monitored suggests your plan is sobriety.Never too late to stop drinking

Likely: Etg is generally positive for about 80 hours after the last drink.
Now that you had not had alcohol for about 5 days, do yourself a favor and stay off it. Alcohol is a poison and it never did any body any good, ever.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex.
