Zoloft placebo?: No, absolutely not. Sertraline (Zoloft) is a front line medication for depression and anxiety and almost universally accepted as a medication for treatment of those disorders. I have found that some people might experience improvements quickly while others take months after dose changes. Don't let anyone tell you that it is a placebo. Great question.
