Constipated for 3 days. tried 3 dulcolax today. tried 15 ml castor oil today. didn't work. in pain. please help.

You should try: over the counter sorbitol or polyethylene glycol (PEG) - these are commonly used to cleanse the colon in preparation for the colonoscopy. They work well without many side effects. Also rectal stimulation and/or suppositories such as Glycerin also helps a lot.
