I started atkins and now i'm constipated i go a little bit but not enough i took dulcolax two days and it didn't work is there something wrong worried?

NOTHING: is WRONG Atkins can be deficient in "BULK" that is the "left over" forming the "bulk" of the stool allowing normal bowel movements. Suggestion obtain an "artificial bulk (eg METAMUCIL) and drink LOTS OF FLUIDS! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
