What does it mean if your skin is tight (feels like glue dried there) above and below your left eye? there is no headache involved.

Usually not normal: It can mean anything from too much fat around the eye(sometimes caused by thyroid problems) to increased pressure behind the eye, such as sinus, eye gland problems, or tumors.
