A member asked:

Does over the counter meds for overactive bladder cause glaucoma, my sister read it in a magazine?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: If you have a certain type of Glaucoma called Narrow Angle Glaucoma, you shouldn't take most medications for over-active-bladder because they can make this type of Glaucoma worse. These medications don't cause glaucoma or make ordinary glaucoma worse. Best wishes!
