Eczema: Eczema [atopic dermatitis] behaves this way and responds to prescription topical steroids. Sometimes it is allergic reaction to something such as bacitracin or other ointment you might have been using there.

Very itchy rash under arms and breast, behind knees and ears, inside elbows and in vaginal and anal area. Skin biopsy show eosinophils. What does this mean? Could this be a food sensitivity?
