Vit B deficiency: Some people may not be able to absorb vitamins, like for example vitamin B12 and may need injections instead of taking pills. Or they may not be getting enough of them from the diet. There are also other conditions such as canker sores or cold sore that can give tongue blisters. Please see your doctor for an evaluation as vitamins are needed for the proper functioning of the body.
