Sounds like: a pinched nerve in your neck at the C-1-C3 levels. A cervical collar may be helpful (this can be purchased in most Pharmacies) You also need a "hands on" visit to your Medical Professional for a neurologic exam and possible Cervical Spine MRI...Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
