NEVER!!!!: First, neomycin is useless. It is a common sensitizer causing numerous allergic reactions. Clobetasol is a super potent steroid associated with risk of cataracts and glaucoma. It also may cause a peculiar rash called PERIORAL DERMATITIS which resembles severe acne. This product should never have been made, must NOT BE USED ON FACE, and is a terrible choice for acne.
