Shower & moisturize: Take a quick shower, then lightly apply moisturizer (non-greasy type best) to all dry areas (Vaseline Intensive Care / Eucerin / Sarna / similar should work). Depending on your work and amount of time outside, may have to apply couple of times a day at first to resolve, then daily while weather inhospitibable. Continuing symptoms should prompt Dermatology evaluation.

3 things: Water, fish oil, skin moisturizer. Keep well hydrated. Eat wild, ocean-sourced salmon, sardines, anchovies. Take omega III fish oil, 2-4 gel capsules daily (use the processed product which will not be rancid and won't leave a fishy aftertaste; e.g., Pro-Omega). Use a skin moisturizer twice daily; a good non-oily one is Vaseline Intensive Care lotion; apply it morning and night.
