Itching: After your doctor has ruled out medical conditions as about having your B12 level checked. If you need B12 please use the sublingual (under the tongue) form. Low B12 can manifest in itching. Peace and good health.

Try a few things: Take a quick shower, then apply a topical moisturizer lotion (lightly to everywhere that is itchy). This may resolve the issue, which then was likely dry skin. If not, over-the-counter antihistamine (Benadryl, Zyrtec, similar) and get checked at an Urgent Care to be certain nothing else going on.
