Infant tummyache: If your baby is in pain, it will show on his face as well. He will not want to eat well or will have other symptoms like vomiting, eating less, diarrhea, or excessive farting. If you notice any of these, have him checked out. Don’t overfeed, let him decide how much he wants.

Observation: If he has not symptoms, such as diarrhea or constipation , i would just observe him.
