A member asked:

How can a person take a home hiv test or visit a physician and get results without the results being sprung on you out of nowhere?

Yes: You can do either or both. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

That's easy: One can go to her doctor and ask for an HIV test. She schedules a return visit to the doctor for 2 weeks later. The lab does the test. The patient does not open any email from the lab or the doctor, and also does not open any postal mail from the doctor or the lab. She waits until her return visit to get her result from the doctor. It's really that easy.
