What r u treating?: depends on the condition you are trying to treat, if an allergic reaction, yes you can give the zyrtec, but the labels won't tell how much to give if below 2-years old, you can give 2ml to help the reaction. but if you are trying to treat other conditions as runny nose or congestion, see your pediatrician, good luck
