It is possible: While, on average, ovulation occurs about 75 days after childbirth in women who are not breast-feeding, it can occur earlier, even within a week or so of delivery in rare cases...certainly before one experiences a menstrual period.As you know, breast feeding often inhibits ovulation and aids in spacing children out. Since you don't have a missed to go by, do a pregnancy test if/when symptoms occur
